Free-delivery biryani catering in South Delhi

Sealed-handi Awadhi biryani, chicken, veg and kathal, delivered free within 10 km of Sangam Vihar. What free delivery actually covers.

Food logistics quietly ruin more small events than food quality does. A biryani that arrives cold or late is a biryani no-one remembers fondly. Free delivery inside a fixed radius is a simple way to bring the kitchen close enough to the table that the pot lands the way it left. Here is how it works with us.

Awadhi biryani, cooked to book

We cook sealed-handi Awadhi biryani — dough seal, low dum, long cooking time. Chicken, veg and kathal, in 1 kg, 2 kg and 4 kg pot sizes. Everything is cooked to the order rather than pre-batched and reheated, which is why we ask for four hours’ notice on any handi.

Why free delivery is more than a discount

A free-delivery radius is really a temperature promise. If the kitchen is close enough that the pot arrives well within the two-hour hot window, the biryani tastes like it did in the kitchen. Ours is 10 km around Sangam Vihar; that covers most of South Delhi comfortably and keeps every pot inside the useful window.

Catering that actually fits your event

For a mixed table, the split matters more than the total. Order a chicken handi for the meat side, a veg handi (or kathal) for the vegetarian side, and let each guest pick the pot they want. That is a nicer table than a single huge chicken handi with a side of raita.

Authentic flavour to your door

The pot leaves our kitchen sealed and arrives sealed. Your guests are the first to break the dough at the rim, which means the aroma reaches the table before the food does. That is the Awadhi tradition working correctly — and it is the whole reason we deliver this way instead of in trays.

Frequently asked

What area does free delivery cover?
Free delivery within a 10 km radius of our Sangam Vihar kitchen. That covers most of South Delhi — Saket, Malviya Nagar, GK, Vasant Kunj and neighbouring areas fall well inside.
Can I customise the size of the biryani order?
Yes. Handis come in 1 kg, 2 kg and 4 kg pot sizes, and larger orders combine multiple pots across chicken, veg and kathal.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes — veg handi (paneer and seasonal vegetables) and kathal handi (jackfruit) both use the same sealed-handi Awadhi technique as the chicken.
How is the biryani packaged for delivery?
The biryani is delivered in the same sealed handi it cooked in — dough seal intact — so the pot is opened at your table, not in the kitchen or the van.
Can I order for a small gathering?
Yes. A 1 kg handi comfortably serves 8–12 people, so small family lunches are perfectly viable.
